"Charting Chincoteague Island, Virginia" is a fine art print of an original watercolor painting by artist Donna Elias. The painting is part of Donna’s “By the Seaside - Island Chart Series." Chincoteague Island National Wildlife Refuge is famous for its wild ponies and annual "Pony Penning Swin and Carnaval." Donna completed this work in July of 2022.
