Guaranteed Christmas Delivery in the Continental USA. Must order by Saturday, December 16th. “Personalized CANVAS” pictures must be ordered by Saturday, December 8th for Christmas delivery. All orders expedited at no additional charge. If you’re in Southwest Florida, please visit us at one of our shows for even faster service.
We ship worldwide using United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service. All UPS shipments are sent "Ground" (3 - 7 business days) and most US Mail pieces are sent "Priority Mail" or USPS "Ground Advantage"(1 - 4 business days).
All shipments are sent carefully packed and fully insured. We try our best to ship within 72 hours of receiving an order however special order and personalized pieces may take 5 to 7 days before shipping.
FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE AK OR HI: There is a considerable up charge for large pictures shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. By large we mean any picture that is over 11" x 14" in size. The upcharge is approximately $50.00 for 12" x 30" and 16" x 20" pictures. You will be billed separately for these additional shipping fees. There is no up charge for unframed prints sent to HI or AK.
We will happily ship any of our UNFRAMED artwork to CANADA or the UNITED KINGDOM. We do not ship framed pieces due to the excessive cost. If you would like a framed piece sent, please email us with the item you are interested in and we will send you a quote. International Shipping usually adds at least $25.00 to the cost of your order.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed or return your purchase to us in good condition within 30 days for a full refund. We do not pay return shipping costs. Personalized pictures may not be returned except for corrections.
Please note about Personalized "Name Dropped" pictures: If we misspell something, we'll redo the picture for free. If you misspell something, it will be a $25.00 fee (plus shipping) to redo the piece. We can also add new names or change the names on any piece for a $25.00 fee (plus shipping).
Sorry, but we do not ship collect using your Fedex or UPS Account numbers.
